James M. Hill, President And C.O.O., Becomes Acting Chief Financial Officer

NEWS RELEASE - July 16, 2008

HSE Integrated Ltd. (“HSE” or the “Company”) announces that effective immediately, James M. Hill, HSE’s President and Chief Operating Officer, has assumed the position of Acting Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hill has extensive experience as the Chief Financial Officer of TSX listed companies and previously held the position of Acting Chief Financial Officer of HSE in 2005 and 2006. Tony Hidalgo, the former Chief Financial Officer, left HSE on July 15, 2008 to pursue other career opportunities.
