Michael Kelly to Join HSE Board of Directors
NEWS RELEASE – November 7, 2005
The Board of Directors of HSE Integrated Ltd. (“HSE” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that effective immediately, Michael Kelly of Calgary, Alberta has been appointed as a Director of the Company.
Mr. Kelly has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Trican Well Service Ltd. of Calgary since May of 1997. Prior thereto, he was the Deputy General Director of Finance for Ugansk Fracmaster. Before entering the oilfield service industry, Michael Kelly earned this Chartered Accountant designation with KPMG. He is 42 years old.
David Yager, Chairman and CEO of HSE, had the following comments.
